  • Work closely with business consultants and program delivery leads/managers to understand staffing needs and required job qualifications.
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, reflecting our company values and culture.
  • Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns regarding employment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring thorough background checks are conducted to maintain high standards of integrity and reliability among potential hires.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on staffing or similar roles.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
