Responsibilities:
- Conduct various recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection, to fill staffing positions promptly.
- Work closely with business consultants and program delivery leads/managers to understand staffing needs and required job qualifications.
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, reflecting our company values and culture.
- Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future project needs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns regarding employment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring thorough background checks are conducted to maintain high standards of integrity and reliability among potential hires.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on staffing or similar roles.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
