- Coordinate field activity
- Coordinate site for visiting field personnel and couriers
- Support supply chain special requests
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing team to supply required weekly resources
- Respond and manage requests via ticketing systems
- Manage ticker queues
- Manage spreadsheet based trackers
- Prepare weekly meeting agendas and present updates to team, customer and other stakeholders
- Liaise with logistics team and other partners to organize delivery and pick up of material to and from site
- Support partner vendors to complete tasks
- Create freight bookings
- Order creation and maintenance
- Execute manual inventory transactions using SAP
