  • The Relationship Manager will conduct key activities that will allow for the attainment of NMD teams growth targets for HNW business (i.e. HNW Policy AFYP, HNW client count, average case size, and HNW policy count).
  • This role will also support the activities that will help attain the commitments for newly launched SLOCPI products (i.e. sales targets, agency training, concerns handling, etc.).
  • The Relationship Manager will be assigned to handle specific branches belonging from different territories. On the branch level, the role will include growing the affluent and HNW business of his or her assigned branches. He or she will be tasked to provide market updates, product positioning strategies, go on joint client calls, and handle HNW client/advisor concerns.

Preferred skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable on financial markets, insurance and investment products.
  • Experienced in dealing with face-to-face selling to high net worth clients.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Advance knowledge of MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint.

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of business, finance, or economics course.
  • At least 5 years combined experience in sales, product training and sales management of financial products.
  • Licensed advisor by the Insurance commission, certified investment solicitor by the SEC, or licensed in Trust is a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and technical expert in complex individual, family, and institutional client relationships for HNW clients, who desire a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary protection and wealth plan. Actively assist in the sales process for HNW clients and in the identification of opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Conduct economic and market outlook to branches nationwide and discuss financial solutions that will address certain financial goals to the agency force.
  • Work closely with SLOCPI Investments team, Agency Sales Support, DLD, Actuarial dept., Marketing, SLAMCI, and SLIMTC to deliver the ideal HNW client experience, prepare presentation materials and market outlook collaterals with sound economic thinking, insurance and investment principles.
  • Conduct training to advisors and do joint client calls to implement sales strategies that will allow for the attainment of targets of tactical products and other life insurance products.
  • Coordinate with NBUW, Claims, CSC, and other departments to address HNW policy concerns and concerns related to newly launched products.
