HR Admin Assistant

  • Handles J&J Associate/Contractor Concerns: Provides support and assistance to employees and contractors regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Performs Orientation and updates records of new staff: Conducts employee orientations and ensures accurate maintenance of employee records.
  • Manages the organizations employee database and prepares reports: Maintains and updates the HR database, generates reports as needed for HR management and other departments.
  • Assists with budget monitoring and Payroll/Timekeeping: Supports HR team with budget tracking, payroll processing, and timekeeping activities.
  • Attends to the concerns of all assigned Manpower associates: Acts as a point of contact for addressing and resolving issues raised by Manpower associates (contractors or temporary staff).

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in HR or a related field, is beneficial.
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
