About the job Omnichannel Digital Support
General Scope:
a) Support the Digital Team in the execution of digital campaigns for Sanofi products
across social, mobile, messaging apps, email, online media and web platforms.
Channels include but are not limited to HCP Portal, e-detailers, e-mails,
infographics, videos, Viber and related channels.
b) Act as a liaison with external vendors (creative and digital agencies) to ensure
timely and quality execution of digital campaigns.
c) Assist in the end-to-end overall management of email/push marketing calendar
and production of email campaigns from start to end including cross-functional
creative design, implementation, deployment and optimization.
d) Closely monitor campaign performance tracking and core KPIs (e.g. delivery,
opens, click-through rates, etc.) Maintain weekly dashboards reporting on KPIs.
e) Prepare content layouts for migration to new platforms with OneCRM deployment
f) Assist the Digital Team in conducting UAT and proof-reading of campaign
materials.
g) Assist in the internal routing and approval of campaign materials via 4M Platform.
h) Assist in the verification and validation of HCP Portal users.
i) Other duties and projects as assigned by the Digital Team.
