Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering, and Infrastructure Monitoring to ensure system stability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: None
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Infrastructure Monitoring, English
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system stability and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based in Manila.
