Refunds Operator

1) You will ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting entries by performing reconciliation of customer invoices and credit memos between the source data and accounting system.
2)You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer refunds to achieve productivity metrics.
3)You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
4)You will ensure that cases are worked on daily to meet internal service level agreements.
5)You will communicate with Payment Services Provides/Billing and Refunds Manager for issues encountered.
6)You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds Manager
