About the job CRM Analytics Specialist
Responsibilities:
Designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Applications,
Dashboards, Lens, Datasets, Dataflows including the implementation of enterprise level
security
Work in an agile team environment
Prepare documentation for every User Stories handled
Working closely with business representatives to analyze requirements and ensure
delivery
Provide design guidance on CRM Analytics Platform capabilities, limitations and
enabling delivery of a system that is supportable, maintainable, scalable and achieves
high user adoption
Grow our internal CRM Analytics Development expertise: be a mentor, teacher, and
guide to both developers and operations team
Ensures platform knowledge is up to date with every new releases
Analyze data sets for patterns and anomalies, and create mock datasets to create
meaningful prototypes
