Admin Officer Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
- Manage physical and digital filing systems for records and documents.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and negotiate with vendors.
- Assist in managing the office budget and prepare financial reports.
- Support basic HR functions, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain vendor and client relationships for smooth business operations.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the company.
Admin Officer Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve administrative issues and make decisions independently.
- Strong time-management skills for prioritizing tasks.
