Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers. Manage
interview logistics, including video conferencing setups,
Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates to both
candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all candidates are prepared and ready for interview.
Interview Debrief coordination: Schedule timely interview debrief with all interviewers and TA partner to provide timely feedback with all
candidates.
Interview preparation: Ensure a positive hiring manager experience throughout the process by sharing hiring manager tools and resources
for structured interview process.
Project Management: Support and assist other project/hiring events coordination by collecting and summarizing
resumes, hiring manager availability, and or interview guides/feedback.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process, including data
protection.
