CW RPM

Responsibilities

Ø Participate in bidding, projects solution design, and contract negotiation in order to ensure the delivery feasibility during pre-sales phase

Ø Identify and control the risks, manage project delivery based on the project plan, budget, and quality requirements, and ensure all objectives/goals are met.

Ø Execute project within the budget, improve delivery efficiency, control the cost and change, be responsible for the result of project profitability

Ø Develop project governance model and reporting mechanism internally and externally, keep proper communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Ø Improve the delivery capability by coaching engineers and subcontractors via knowledge transfer, mentoring, workshop and etc.

Job Requirements

Ø Education background: Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent

Ø Working experience: 5+ yrs. project management experience in civil work or relevant Facility MEP Construction

Ø Language Requirement (optional): English, and Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.

Ø Professional certifications from third parties (optional) Prefer to have: PMP Certification, registered PRC civil engineer in local domestic

Ø Professional Knowledge: Project management methodologies, MEP construction site management. Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ø Professional skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills (such as team building, conflict management, cross culture management)

Ø Additional requirement: Accept over time work and travel in domestic.
