Project Description

Support the Marketing Solutions team to facilitate inquiries and troubleshooting requests from commercial partners.

Scope of Work

1. Facilitate KAMs and VKAMs to contact key sellers for balance top up, upselling and cascade new product information.

2. Pull performance reports and seller hitlists to help expedite Marketing Solutions operations.

3. Support troubleshooting concerns on Marketing Solutions for KAM and VKAMs.
