Key Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding and product launches.
Their duties include researching target audiences, collecting data from campaign results for future reports, and managing the companys social media channels to ensure brand consistency. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
- Identifying effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to convey product messages to customers.
- Analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies by evaluating key performance metrics.
- Creating innovative marketing campaigns based on robust data and presenting recommendations to management.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Setting goals and objectives to approach customers through suitable marketing channels.
- Assisting in outbound and inbound marketing activities, showcasing expertise in areas such as event planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Gaining exposure to both traditional advertising and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Preferably an IT or Marketing graduate, or any degree with relevant experience in the IT industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing (such as SEO and social media) and market research methods.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
