About the job HR Process Analyst Roles (Process Excellence)
This role will be part of a wider process team that is
responsible for creating and operationalising optimised global
HR processes. The focus of the role is to define and document
processes, identify and design opportunities for improvement,
identify associated change impacts and business requirements
(incl. tech) and develop supporting materials required to run
the processes (e.g. training).
The role should be able to take account of all elements of
successful delivery of HR services and processes in design,
but particularly:
Keeping the end user experience at the heart of
design and improvements (design thinking)
Creating scalable processes and services e.g.
through standardisation, use of self service,
optimising use of technology and automation etc.
Support process lead to coordinate, support and
document the Process and Experience workstream
Facilitate a series of process workshops to create and
document global processes for a whole range of HR
employee lifecycle processes
Identify and document opportunities for process
improvements, e.g. end user improvements, better
use of technology, eliminate unnecessary process
steps etc.
Identify rules, policies and local laws that impact
processes
Identify risks, issues and mitigation
Identify change impacts for all impacted users,
including people (e.g. training), process (e.g. change
in process steps) and technology (new technology
business requirements)
Support the sign off process for new global processes
Identify and document detailed business requirements
for any new required HR systems configuration to
support new processes
Produce a suite of process documentation including
process maps in Lucidchart, standard operating
procedures, work instructions, FAQs, job aids etc for
the new processes
Support the design and development of new forms,
templates and other supporting collateral
Work with the wider project team to implement and
operationalise the new processes
Support the training team with the creation of training
content and training delivery
