Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the effectiveness of the overall Customer Fulfilment process
  • Accountable for the support of the internal supply chain with analytics and reporting related to order to cash process
  • Accountable for day-to-day coordination & governance of any local outsourced back-office activity, maintaining an optimized cost and high service level
  • Accountable for the S&OE process (Sales & Operations Execution) and communication with internal stakeholders
  • The role will be heavy on analytics, reporting and coordination and decision making on distributor operations.
  • Hence, the role will require experience on distribution and warehouse management, logistics and transportation, managing distributor SLAs and In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes.
  • The applicant should also have above average communication skills as the person will drive key meetings both with internal and external partners.
