Promo Masterfile Associate

Responsible for:

1. Document Review:

- Thoroughly review promo masterfiles , to identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from standards.

- Verify that promo masterfiles adhere to organizational guidelines.

1. Quality Compliance:
2. Ensure that documents comply with relevant quality standards, company policies, and industry-specific regulations.
3. Collaborate with CD promo owners to address and resolve issues related to document quality.

3. Revision and Editing:

- Work closely with Capgemini customer planners to facilitate necessary revisions and edits to improve document quality.

4. Documentation Control:

- Maintain a systematic documentation of the promo master file submissions, updates from customer planners

- Track changes, revisions, and approvals to ensure promo request traceability.
