- Confirming of availability of Candidates for interview.
- Sending of calendar invites with interview guide as needed) to candidate, hiring manager and relevant stakeholders via Outlook.
- Confirm candidates are ready on the day of interview and inform relevant stakeholder.
- Send generic reject e-mail to unselected candidates.
- Manning and dispatching emails from email distro. Involves acknowledging of request from Talent Partner.
- Ticket received request in SNow. Confirm count x HR task.
- Update necessary dates in Flow Calc, flag unfilled action items based on target completion date.
- Encourage candidates to complete PEME immediately to prevent delay in start. Provide TA with definite timeline of medical completion.
- Cavite - Confirm preferred BPI branch for payroll and send Letter of Endorsement.
- Cavite - Send Culture Surveys.
- Follow-up of EIS, Bank Certificate, other pre-boarding documents.
- Pre-Day 1 Hygiene Check for S1/Hardware.
- Chase contract signatories.
- Ticket task to EDA to complete Hire.
- Create manual JML.
- Input RITM ticket in Flow Calc.
- Follow-up Completion of Onboarding Documents.
