MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Since the role is more on administrative tasks, candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft office
  • Basic Excel (Vlookup, Pivot)
  • Word document (Merging of files)
  • Powerpoint (Basic presentation skills)

    • Maintenance and update of the Compensation and Benefits database.
    • Provides HR-related documents such as Certificate of Employment (COE), Philhealth MDR and Certificate, Banks Forms, etc., as requested by the employees.
    • Preparation of Full and Final Pay documents (from endorsement to payroll to releasing to resigned employees.
    • Handling Employment verification and Final Pay inquiry.
    • Benefit processing such as statutory and company-initiated benefits.
    • Compensation & Benefits adhoc tasks, as required
    • 201 filing
