Digital Workplace Specialist (SAP):
Qualifications:
- ERP Experience (SAP):
- Proficient in SAP modules relevant to the manufacturing industry, such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to analyze business processes and integrate them with SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP data migration and reporting tools.
- CRM Experience (Salesforce):
- Skilled in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in managing and configuring Salesforce applications.
- Ability to develop custom solutions using Salesforce platform, including custom objects, workflows, and process automation.
- Proficient in data integration between Salesforce and other systems.
- Manufacturing Industry:
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges.
- Experience in implementing ERP and CRM solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimize business processes.

- Role: ERP and CRM Solutions Specialist
- Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems to support business operations.
- Customize and configure ERP and CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
