Qualification

  • A graduate in any field or an IT-related course is preferred; if the degree is not in IT, some experience in the IT industry is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and proficient with computers.
  • They should have experience managing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, as well as handling other administrative tasks.
  • A minimum of two years of proven experience as an administrative or office assistant is necessary.
  • Candidates should be knowledgeable about office management systems and procedures and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent organizational abilities are essential, along with the capacity to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail, are also required.
