Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Support Retail Marketing both ATL and BTL project (Retail Marketing Services)

2. Contact supplier, compare, analyze cost of requested Marketing needs (such as digital ads placement,

KOLs or Influencers, and PR materials)

3. Sourcing for new candidate if lack of supplier resources

4. Supplier selection by using strategy method which is defined by company

5. Handle supplier performance evaluation per quarter

6. Reporting to Huawei HQ and SP Procurement (Weekly and Monthly)

7. Updating monthly KPI and standard procedures
