Job Description: 

  • Manage the end-to-end process of new company registration, including coordinating with relevant government agencies such as SEC, BIR, and Local Government Units (LGUs). 
  • Conduct thorough reviews of company documents and ensure compliance with Philippine regulations. 
  • Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for company registration including application forms, resolutions, and other supporting documents as may be necessary. 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the company registration processes, documentation, and correspondence with the Philippine government

Qualifications: 

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Office Management, with work-related background. 
  • At least 5yrs of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting firm. 
  • Has a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and registration procedures. 
  • Able to effectively communicate with clients and internal team members.
