About the job Channel Manager
Job descriptions:
1. Gain in-depth insights into the villa green power business and ecosystem partners in the region, build the regional channel architecture, and develop channel partners, including EPs and sales partners in the PV industry.
2. Undertake the sales tasks of villa green electricity products in the responsible region, manage the entire lifecycle of villa green electricity products in the region from new product launch to market exit, develop sales plans, and ensure that sales targets are achieved as scheduled and payments are collected smoothly.
3. Have customer direct sales capabilities, be familiar with the family green electricity transaction process, and directly face the owners to facilitate the villa green electricity transaction and owner satisfaction.
4. Develop sound partnerships with channel partners; ensure that all channel policies are implemented in the region; manage channel partners in a hierarchical manner; and ensure that channel partners are properly certified, upgraded, and phased out.
5. Organize and plan villa green power marketing activities in the region, including channel conferences, joint marketing, circle-level activities, enablement training, exhibitions, and retail display.
6. Cooperate with EPC partners to build E2E PV project engineering capabilities and promote the improvement of delivery service capabilities in the region.
7. Cooperate with related departments to ensure the successful implementation of the villa green power process IT, sales management, and other work in the region.
