Job Description*
The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.
Oversee all submission general and logistics procurement requirements, track order delivery status, and accept orders:
- Respond to inquiries from other departments about procurement-related content in a timely manner;
- Assist other departments in preparing high-quality procurement application and acceptance materials;
- Track the fulfillment of all purchase orders, ensure timely delivery of purchase orders, and promptly coordinate multiple parties to clarify exceptions.
- Prepare and release the work report based on the monthly fulfillment status, includes Risk assessment, Compliance Testing, and Implement Improvement Plans;
- Conduct regular publicize for relevant processes
Carry out the related work arranged by other departments.
