Analyst, Supply Planning (Contractor)

Summary:

Planning Interface with vendor/suppliers and local stakeholders

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Finished Goods (FG) Planning Team and the Vendor/Suppliers on delivery commitment
• Expedite delivery if needed from the Vendor
• Work with Contract Manufacturing (CM) Operation Procurement Team to understand the capacity constraints of the vendor and provide insights to FG Team for capacity levelling
• Participate on alignment meetings between the FG Planning and Contract Manufacturers in helping to resolve issues related to supply
• Liaise between Greater China stakeholders and Manila Planning Team on queries related to delivery commitment
• Align the FG plan with the vendor to have common understanding escalate issues if needed
• Monitor supplier daily deliveries and update SAP if needed
• Support on adhoc report requirement of the business

• Participate on adhoc projects requiring planning support
