Roles and Responsibilities

Objective: To assist in ensuring that input VAT claims are properly substantiated in accordance with BIR invoicing requirements

Scope of Work:

  1. Coordinate with vendors to follow up vendors official receipts & sales invoices;
  2. Check compliance of vendors official receipts & sales invoices in accordance to invoicing requirements;
  3. Request vendors to correct non-compliant official receipts & sales invoices;
  4. Upload valid vendors official receipts & sales invoices in teamfile;
  5. Encode vendors official receipts & sales invoices numbers;
  6. Prepare progress reports and present in weekly meetings;
  7. Prepare schedules/transmittal letters for filing to the BIR;
  8. Other tasks that may be assigned in relation to BIR tax audits
