Roles and Responsibilities
Objective: To assist in ensuring that input VAT claims are properly substantiated in accordance with BIR invoicing requirements
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with vendors to follow up vendors official receipts & sales invoices;
- Check compliance of vendors official receipts & sales invoices in accordance to invoicing requirements;
- Request vendors to correct non-compliant official receipts & sales invoices;
- Upload valid vendors official receipts & sales invoices in teamfile;
- Encode vendors official receipts & sales invoices numbers;
- Prepare progress reports and present in weekly meetings;
- Prepare schedules/transmittal letters for filing to the BIR;
- Other tasks that may be assigned in relation to BIR tax audits
