Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Proactively search for qualified candidates to fill open positions within specified timelines.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflow.
  • Candidate Qualification: Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as required.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and results.
