Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Proactively search for qualified candidates to fill open positions within specified timelines.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflow.
- Candidate Qualification: Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer pre-employment assessments as required.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and results.
