Roles and Responsibilities
Project analysts work in teams of typically 3 5 consultants, playing an active role in a specific client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. They may also have the opportunity to implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. They will gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Analysts receive training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on their teams. We view the Project Analyst position as an immersion into what it would be like working at McKinsey.
Analysts join our offices to work in teams and directly with our clients. In this role they will have the opportunity to work on teams and help organizations solve some of their most difficult problems. They will also work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists to researchers to industry veterans.
