  • Integration of external sales transfer data from seven (7) sources, namely Mercury, Southstar, Globo, Phoenagon, ISPI, Vaximax and PCSO with transfer data provided by the accounts. Provision of new source integration including new integration of external sales transfer data. 30%
  • Sales Target Monitoring - Sales performance tracking against sales targets.

  • Maintenance of the Sales Incentive Calculator. Monthly collation, validation, and publishing of current SIP performance in SharePoint. Provide admin support and participation in any meetings (onsite or offsite) that require expertise, namely but not limited to strategic planning workshops, annual and midyear meetings, IFT trainings, distributor business reviews, target setting, etc. 10%
