Educational Background

  • Organizational psychology or related masters degree preferred

Work experience required

  • 5 or more years relevant job experience working directly to lead progress with internal or external clients
  • Prior experience in consulting, human resources, and/or talent management fields
  • Able to analyze and summarize qualitative and quantitative data to develop compelling narratives, reports and presentations
  • Excellent interviewing skills, able to build rapport, understand concepts outside their field, and ask critical questions in order to build a full understanding of a process, skill, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgement and be a self-starter while also being a strong team player

Roles and Responsibilities

The Change Management and Organizational Development Consultant will work directly with clients to assess change management needs, advise and coach key project stakeholders, work with subject matter experts to develop presentations and resources, establish robust project plans and drive progress and change through the clients organization. They will join a growing team led by a globally experienced talent and change management executive and will work closely with and direct analysts to support the work. This role will enable the incumbent to work remotely and flexibility while building client relationship management, change management, consulting and organizational development skills.

  • Working with client managers and director to help them identify change management needs and strategies
  • Gather data and insights from clients and subject matter experts in order to understand organizational needs and develop presentations and narratives to influence project strategy and direction
  • Contribute to and drive the development of project plans, stakeholder communications, project presentations, and tools and resources that will support change efforts
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate group meetings with clients to strengthen project plans, change management plans, and identify work that can be done by E. Rogers Associates to drive the project forward.
  • Offer advice and support to client project owners on driving progress within their organizations utilizing change management principles and personal experience
  • Work closely with and report to E. Rogers Associates Senior Consultant as a thought partner and critical team member for multiple change management initiatives within the higher education industry
  • Support the development and direction of E. Rogers Associates analysts on all projects in partnership with the Senior Consultant
