Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Tool Repair Technician to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate diagnosis and high-quality repairs on tools, ensuring safety and reliability.

  • Use hand scanners to process repairs, pick spare parts, and complete repair tasks efficiently.

  • Conduct functional and safety tests after each repair to meet strict quality standards.

  • Support inventory management by checking parts, ensuring correct picking, and suggesting stock optimizations.

  • Maintain organized work areas and provide feedback to improve tool quality and repair processes.

Key Requirements:

  • School Leaving Certificate.

  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.

  • Proficiency with Windows applications and ability to read blueprints.

  • Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers and team members.

Job Info:

  • Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
  • Salary: Depending on experience
  • Benefits:
    • 1000 of bonus for each time the employee refers a candidate do any position.

  • Work Setting: Onsite
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours:7:00 - 15:30 (no overtime required)
