Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Key Account Holder to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will support sales and project management activities while managing administrative processes, client communication, and financial coordination. The role requires accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer communication and support
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on payments
  • Coordinate with finance and accounts team
  • Maintain records, contracts, and data systems
  • Monitor stock levels and admin activities

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in admin, accounts, or customer support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Maltese (both written and spoken) – Must
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and finance
  • High attention to detail
  • Good Excel and system skills

Job Info:

  • Type of Contract: Indefinite | Fulltime
