Marine HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is currently seeking a Marine HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join a professional and highly skilled maritime services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems on marine vessels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, identifying effective solutions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Inspect and test systems to verify functionality and compliance with technical specifications.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician, preferably within the maritime industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs independently.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices within technical or marine environments.

Location: Malta
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:15 (including a 45-minute break)
