Business Training Executive

Manpower is seeking a Business Training Executive to join a leading organization in Malta!

Your Role

As a Business Training Executive, you will:

• Design and coordinate the annual CPD Business Training Programme, including content creation, participant registration, scheduling, and progress monitoring
• Develop and deliver induction training courses for new distributors and client-facing employees
• Assist in creating a dynamic commercial sales training programme focused on client engagement and product application
• Support ongoing and ad-hoc training initiatives tailored to distribution channels
• Act as the liaison between training partners and participants
• Communicate and manage the Business Training calendar to ensure compliance with IDD requirements for TII license renewals
• Collaborate with the team on various training-related projects

What Were Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in training, learning, and development within insurance or financial services (an asset)
• Experience in sales skills training
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (in-person and online)
• Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal guidance
• Collaborative and proactive team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Language:
  • Maltese: Excellent
  • English: Excellent
  • Spanish: Any level is considered an asset
