Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance Executive

Manpower is looking for an Information Security (GRC) Executive to join a leading organization in Malta!

Your Role

As an Information Security and GRC Executive, you will:

• Manage Identity Access for Active Directory and application systems (joiners, leavers, movers)
• Conduct periodic reviews in line with Access Control Policies and report findings
• Maintain user access matrices for critical applications
• Provide second-line IT security support to end users
• Update documentation and procedures
• Collaborate on security and ICT incident response
• Assist in risk and vulnerability assessments for new initiatives
• Follow up on identified vulnerabilities and third-party risk assessments
• Support compliance efforts for regulations such as DORA, GDPR, and AI

What Were Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management
• Previous IT experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good spoken and written English
