Role Overview
The Finance Clerk will form an essential part of the finance team, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow within the department.
Key Responsibilities

Posting financial transactions across various ledgers

Updating bank balances and performing timely bank reconciliations

Processing supplier payments and related documentation

Issuing invoices to clients and maintaining accurate records

Carrying out data inputting, reconciliations, and financial analysis as needed

Assisting with day-to-day accounting duties and other ad-hoc tasks within the department
Requirements

Minimum Advanced Level in Accountancy

Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role

Familiarity with accounting software (training provided)

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an advantage
