(Automotive) Systems Consultant

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Finance Software Support Consultant to join our client's team. The selected candidate will provide software support and consultancy related to finance modules within an ERP system. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure correct system setup, efficient usage, and accurate financial processes. The candidate will also support system improvements through upgrades, training, and enhancements. The role offers exposure to both local and international projects, making it ideal for candidates interested in combining finance knowledge with technology and client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide software consulting support including system setup, upgrades, and training
• Support finance modules and vehicle administration within the system
• Assist with vehicle and parts costing and perform reconciliations
• Provide ongoing client support and troubleshoot system issues
• Participate in consultancy activities for international projects when required

Key Requirements:

• O Level or A Level standard in Accounts (preferred)
• Experience in a financial role or ERP finance modules
• Knowledge of accounting procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication, analytical skills, and team-oriented mindset
