About the job Reservations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the team and ensure optimal utilization of the department
  • Train your existing team members and integrate new team members 
  • Control and optimize our operational standards in the areas of reservations, front office & customer service
  • Supports the leadership team in current projects
  • You are responsible for maintaining our PMS and other hotel-specific systems as well as the data of our guests and customers
  • Supports the reservation team in their daily operations, checks existing reservations and controls arrivals and credit card handling
  • Conduct monthly overnight stay statistics and process commissions

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you have completed vocational training or a degree in hotel management
  • You have several years of experience in a comparable position, for example in the front office or in reservations in the lifestyle hotel industry
  • You have a warm and cordial charisma and your communication skills let you shine in every interaction
  • Think analytically, act methodically and have a strong sense of responsibility and quality
  • You like to take things into your own hands and convince with a high degree of initiative
  • Recognize undiscovered potential of team members and love to break new ground and question the status quo
  • You are very familiar with the MS Office universe and have already worked with one or another reservation system
  • Have a perfect command of the German and English languages, both verbally and in writing
