About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, tech‑savvy B2B Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful software solutions. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands business needs and excels at closing high‑value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client and prospect relationships
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Identify client needs and collaborate on tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales pipeline through research and prospecting
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Close deals that drive sustainable business value

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B sales
  • Background in selling software or technical solutions (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Fluent in English (Maltese is an advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
