Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, validation, and ongoing review of operational documentation
- Ensure systems and processes run efficiently and meet client requirements
- Oversee and manage client reconciliation processes
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain clear communication
- Assist with incident tracking and resolution in collaboration with internal teams
Key Requirements
- Diploma-level qualification or higher
- Strong command of English (additional languages are an asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Experience in financial services, banking, or processing environments
- Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
