Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, validation, and ongoing review of operational documentation
  • Ensure systems and processes run efficiently and meet client requirements
  • Oversee and manage client reconciliation processes
  • Handle customer enquiries and maintain clear communication
  • Assist with incident tracking and resolution in collaboration with internal teams

Key Requirements

  • Diploma-level qualification or higher
  • Strong command of English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or processing environments
  • Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
