Manpower is seeking to recruit Tied Insurance Intermediaries to join our client's team.

Join a reputable Maltese-based insurance group that's been trusted in the local market for decades, offering life, health, savings, and retirement planning plans. They are now expanding their field-based sales force. You'll become part of a vibrant, client-centric network of committed professionals delivering tailored insurance solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a new and sustainable client base from the ground up.
  • Actively identify and reach out to potential customers through direct engagement and referrals.
  • Meet with potential clients to understand and address their insurance needs.
  • Offer personalised solution suggestions to match each client's situation.
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure a high standard of client satisfaction at all stages.


    • Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Confident, presentable, and composed
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and methodical, with strong organizational skills
  • Able to work after office hours to meet potential clients
  • Energised by learning and personal growth opportunities
  • Holding a personal means of transportation is essential

    Job Info:

    • Type of Contract: Indefinite 
    • Salary: 12,000 - 36,000 EUR (based on experience)
    • Work Setting: Fully Onsite
    • Working Days: Monday to Friday
    • Candidate location: Must be already living in Malta
