Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an IT Operations Manager to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT operations to ensure systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

  • Mentor and develop IT professionals, fostering collaboration and technical growth.

  • Oversee networking (Cisco), Linux servers (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Azure).

  • Implement best practices for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

  • Drive IT policies, procedures, and infrastructure upgrades to support business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in IT operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in networking (Cisco), Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu), and Microsoft platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with VMware and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve IT challenges proactively.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
