Business Support Analyst

A fast-paced, hands-on role focused on resolving production issues, improving systems, and supporting clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions while keeping systems stable and efficient.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve live production issues and meet SLA targets
  • Analyse requirements and perform gap analysis
  • Support system releases and enhancements
  • Act as main contact for clients & stakeholders
  • Provide 2nd line support (incl. on-call if needed)
  • Review test cases with QA and ensure quality standards
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business IT
  • 2+ years in support / business analysis role
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Good communication & documentation skills
  • Ability to handle client interactions and pressure
