Business Support Analyst
A fast-paced, hands-on role focused on resolving production issues, improving systems, and supporting clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions while keeping systems stable and efficient.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Resolve live production issues and meet SLA targets
- Analyse requirements and perform gap analysis
- Support system releases and enhancements
- Act as main contact for clients & stakeholders
- Provide 2nd line support (incl. on-call if needed)
- Review test cases with QA and ensure quality standards
- Drive process improvements and efficiency
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business IT
- 2+ years in support / business analysis role
- Strong SQL skills
- Good communication & documentation skills
- Ability to handle client interactions and pressure
