Videographer and Editor

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Videographer & Editor to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about producing engaging video content and delivering high-quality visual storytelling. The selected candidate will work closely with different teams to create impactful multimedia content across various digital platforms while managing projects from concept development through to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent editing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on diverse projects including interviews, events, branded content, and social media productions.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for multiple digital platforms
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video productions
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams on creative projects
• Cover interviews, events, branded campaigns, and in-house productions
• Manage video projects from planning and filming to final delivery

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in videography and video editing
• Strong knowledge of editing software such as DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
• Good understanding of framing, lighting, storytelling, and social media trends
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced creative environment
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
