Video Content Creator

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Video Content Creator to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a creative and driven individual passionate about producing engaging video content and contributing to dynamic digital platforms. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality visual content, supporting storytelling initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced media environment.

Responsibilities:

• Shooting and editing high-quality video content across multiple platforms
• Creating engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Collaborating with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to execute creative ideas
• Covering interviews, events, and branded content productions
• Managing video projects from concept through to final delivery

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography and video editing
• Strong editing skills using tools such as DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Good understanding of framing, lighting, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with social media trends and video formats
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and adapt to feedback
