Design Coordinator

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Design Coordinator to join a fast-paced, design-led environment working across Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management.

You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track — coordinating deliverables, managing documentation, and ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating design packages and submission schedules
• Managing document control, drawing registers, and action logs
• Supporting design reviews and client submissions
• Aligning teams across disciplines (Arch, ID, MEP, C&S, Commercial)
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in design coordination (Architecture, ID, or multidisciplinary)
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
