Destination Services Executive

Are you passionate about tourism and creating exceptional travel experiences? We're looking for a Destination Services Executive to join a well-established tourism company and help deliver unforgettable FIT, Group, and MICE experiences in Malta.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, excursions, events, and logistics.
• Work closely with hotels, suppliers, transport providers, and international partners.
• Handle FIT, Groups, and MICE operations from planning to execution.
• Provide outstanding service and ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a DMC environment.
• Hands-on experience with FIT, Groups, and MICE operations.
• Fluent in English plus at least one additional language. French or German is highly preferred.
• A valid driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Malta as a destination is an advantage.
