What You'll Be Doing

• Help new clients get set up and make sure all information is accurate
• Carry out customer checks and support compliance processes
• Maintain client records and keep systems updated
• Support customer accounts, deposits, and banking products
• Work closely with teams across the business, including Compliance, Sales, and Technology
• Identify ways to improve processes and customer experience
• Participate in exciting projects, system improvements, and new initiatives
• Grow your knowledge across different areas of banking operations

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in banking or financial services
• Experience with KYC, CDD, onboarding, customer support, or operations
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
