Affiliate Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager to join our client's team within the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing affiliate partnerships, optimising acquisition performance and ensuring that affiliate activity delivers sustainable, profitable results across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new affiliate partners, while developing and reactivating existing relationships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including CPA, revenue share and hybrid models, to drive acquisition and profitability.
• Manage affiliate platforms, tracking links, campaigns, commission structures and monthly payment reconciliations.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyse KPIs and prepare regular reports to identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions and compliance requirements, ensuring traffic quality and brand safety.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, partnerships or online acquisition. Senior-level candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of affiliate performance metrics, including FTDs, CPA, NGR, conversion rates and LTV.
• Hands-on experience with NetRefer or similar affiliate tracking and reporting platforms.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and markets simultaneously.
• iGaming experience is a strong advantage and is essential for the Senior level. An established affiliate network is also required for senior candidates.
• Knowledge of restricted markets and additional languages such as French, German, Turkish or Portuguese will be considered an asset.
