Process Leader (Brewing)

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Process Leader to join a leading manufacturing environment. This position offers the chance to lead operational teams, drive process improvements and contribute to production excellence while ensuring quality, safety and performance targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production operations across multiple process areas.
• Monitor operational performance, systems and key production KPIs.
• Coordinate workforce planning, training and shift activities.
• Manage stock levels, reconciliations and production resources.
• Maintain production records, reports and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Promote safety, quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational projects and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• MQF Level 5 qualification or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Science, Leadership, Management or a related discipline.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work a 3-shift rotation including nights.
