On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy General Manager. This position starts on part time, with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as responsibilities expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the General Manager
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Previous experience in a PA or executive support role
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional, proactive, and discreet approach
