On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy General Manager. This position starts on part time, with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as responsibilities expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organisational support to the General Manager
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a PA or executive support role
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional, proactive, and discreet approach
